Scan and share starter package - value £50.00
New to scanning? Try it out with our value package:
- Choose 100 photos and I will scan at high resolution (Value £20.00)
- I will organise into named folders for you for free
- Your photos will be saved onto a USB (Value £10.00)
🎁 Bonus: You will receive a voucher for 100 free scans with any second order over £100 (value £20.00) Just bring your USB back and I will scan more photos onto it for you.

Photo restoration - add on service
For photos that need a bit more TLC, we offer expert restoration:
- Advanced Repair – For tears, deep creases, or missing sections
- Full-Colour Recreation – Restore photos that are extremely faded
- Severe Stain Removal – We’ll take care of stains, water damage, and heavy scratches
- Reprints available please ask for a quote

USB Drives – £10.00 each
A high-quality USB drive to store your digital photos and preserve them safely. ( Free with orders over £200.00)
DVD to Digital Conversion – £8.00 per DVD
We’ll convert your DVD photo collection into digital images, making them easy to store, organise, and share. You will need to purchase a USB if you don't alread have one

How it works:
1️ Get in touch
You can contact me through our website to ask for a quote or more details. Once you’re ready, just confirm the date you’d like to book
2️ Sorting is optional
You can either sort the photos that matter most to your family’s story or simply drop them off loose. We’ll group them for you into batches of 100 for scanning
3️ Remove from albums (if safe)
If your photos are in albums, carefully remove them. If they’re fragile or stuck, please leave them as they are and look at other options for scanning.
4️ Organise into categories (optional)
Label your photos in small envelopes (e.g., “Family Holidays 1990”) and we’ll name the digital files for you. A 1–2 inch stack = 100 photos. Alternatively, drop them off and we’ll group the photos into batches of 100 in digital folders for you to sort and name later
5️ Drop off your photos
Drop off your photos at a time that works best for you
6️ Receive your scanned photos
Your scanned photos will be ready within 24 hours. They’ll be delivered on a memory stick. Your original photos will be carefully returned to you. Payment is due upon collection, and we accept card payments or bank transfers for your convenience
What can't we scan
Oversized photos
We cannot scan photos larger than 8x10 inches
Copyrighted material
We can’t scan photos that are copyrighted or require special permissions
Photos of adult nature
We do not scan photos that contain nudity or other adult content
Photos with adhesive/tape
Photos with adhesive or tape may be damaged during scanning, so please avoid these
Fragile photos
Fragile photos that could be easily damaged should not be scanned
Thick photos
Photos that don’t lie flat (such as thick or raised photos) cannot be scanned. Polaroids are fine
Clean condition
Your photos should be free from excessive dust or dirt. While we’ll give them a quick wipe, we cannot remove permanent marks or stains
Samantha did a great job of scanning my photos, and showing me how to organise my electronic copies once scanned. She handled my hard copy photos with care and sensitivity when scanning them.
