What is DPI?

DPI stands for Dots Per Inch. It measures the resolution of a scanned image. A higher DPI means a higher resolution, which results in a clearer and more detailed image. For most photo scans, at 600dpi is typically sufficient

How are photos backed up after scanning?

After scanning, photos can be backed up in multiple ways to ensure they are not lost. These methods include:
